It's Sunday and it's another thunder boomer. And the sky! Did you see the sky!? Several of us came out of Starbucks and stared at the sky. We had never seen anything like it. It looked like another tornado was forming...or we're about to be invaded by Martians.

As long as we're not invaded by Tom Cruise
I like how you only post comments that don't offend you in any way. very childish of you.
seems like you have something to hide.
this is the 3rd time this happened.
no, anon. I usually don't post comments that I find rude or childish. And this being my blog, I get to choose what I think is rude or childish. I have nothing to hide, unlike yourself who posts comments anonymously.
If you don't like reading this blog, don't read it. There are many blogs out there worth reading and many blogs far more interesting than this one. The Rover's blog is great. Read his blog.
If you want to block rude or childish posts, thats one thing, but what about accurate posts that criticize you? Sounds like the Gestapo to me.
Funny thing is, you have a good thing going with this blog, but when you post non-important posts like "Thunder Storm or Invasion", it makes you look like a 12 year old.
Don't be scared, Lefty.
I'm trying to make you have a better site.
Think of it as me being your advisor to the site. I'll even do it for free.
First piece of advice... Let the people speak freely. Don't moderate the comments. Yes. If there is something that is ridiculously rude or over the top, then you have every right to take it down.
Second piece of advice. If we are going to do a blog about bay ridge, and expect people to take us seriously, lets get some good stories.
I'm here to help, guy.
You're assuming your comments are "accurate." I must have missed the news story that said opinions are always accurate.
Life is made up of mundane events. Some days that's all I feel like posting. If that makes me look like a 12 year old, so be it.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go make farting noises with my armpit.
Maybe we do need Tom Cruise to invade...
Like a bouncer in a good bar, the webmaster rules a good blog with an iron hand in a velvet glove. Period.
Have no idea what was bleeped, but these things are by and large democracies, nor should they be.
oops
--these things are not democracies-- is what I meant to say
Too late for "oops", Phantom, you're outta here!!!
And I know Tom Cruise would agree with me if he were here.
nah... send him over to Gawker
