Here's what I love about reviews. Last time my show Around the World in 80 Days played in Los Angeles, the LA Times called it "clever, crisp, cunning...witty in the extreme."
Now the Laguna Playhouse is doing it and the LA Weekly came out and said, "Adaptor Mark Brown presents little if any wit in the language, or humor in the action to compensate."
Witty in the extreme, or no wit at all. Take your pick.

Ah, critics don't know wit from shinola.
Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach. Those who can't do or teach become critics. PS: I love the play, saw it twice so far!
