BAY RIDGE JOURNAL

A Bay Ridge blog that has really stepped it up in the past few months is Bay Ridge Journal. Concentrating mostly on Preservation issues and the fate of the Green Church, the Journal goes beyond banging pots and is a very proactive and informative blog.

Bookmark it, read it, then do something!

And you have to love someone who lists Blue Velvet, Paris Texas, and Moby Dick in their favorites lists.

I see Kip wants to outlaw 'demolition by neglect,' does she also want to create a law saying the toilet paper has to roll over, not under the roll?

I prefer roll over.

roll over, definitely.. you can even fold it nicely to a point

I hate rolling it to a point. Only a Communist would do that.

I hate when they do that in hotels. Don't they have anything better to do?

I prefer baby wipes. They feel clean, fresh... it's like pampering yourself. Disguise them in a decorative tissue box in your WC. Costs a little more, but c'mon, Kip, you're worth it.

Wait, we're supposed to wipe?

You can wish in one hand about saving the Green church, shit in the other... see which one gets filled first

So this woman starts a blog where no one has the ability to comment (moderated or otherwise) on her labored connection between Vito Fossella's DUI arrest, his family issues, the closing of Victory Memorial Hospital, the Green Church... and this is something we should applaud her for?

It's sad that the only way someone can refute this delusional woman's warped view of reality is through your blog.
